The Optilab MIOC-1550-18-TQ is the key component of Fiber Optic Gyroscope (FOG) for rotational rate sensing and inertial navigation systems. With an impressive operating temperature tolerance from -40 ºC to +80 ºC, it ensures crucial central wavelength stability. This Integrated Optic Chip (IOC) device is composed of a polarizer, a Y-junction coupler and dual electro optic phase modulators. Crafted from Lithium Niobate (LiNbO3) using Annealed Proton Exchange (APE) optical waveguides, it guarantees reliability and optimal performance. The Polarization Extinction Ratio (PER) exceeding 60 dB minimizes bias drift, making the MIOC-1550-18-TQ the ideal choice for precision in FOG applications.
